Job Description
Quentasia Consulting, the management consulting division of
Quentasia Industries, is seeking a team lead or management level person
with experience in finance operations in the insurance, asset (wealth)
management, software, telecom, life sciences, media and entertainment or
corporate relocation industries for consulting assignments.
Are you

their skills to make them into highly effective and efficient business

Desired Skills & Experience
Required Experience and Skills
- 10 Years + experience in the functional
side of finance operations (Billing, Revenue Accounting, A/P, A/R,
Supply Chain, General Accounting, Bank Operations, Middle Office
Operations or Trading Desk.)
- 4 Years + in a leadership role as team lead or manager
- Prior systems implementation experience
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes
- Detail oriented but able to communicate the big picture to high level executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A very good listener
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability
to work onsite at client locations.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Prior ERP implementation experience. (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft)
- Prior experience in Revport
- Knowledge or familiarity MS Acess, Oracle or other relational databases.
- Knowledge or familiarity with SQL
- Understanding or familiarity with the technical side of finance operations systems:
- Windows, Unix
- Systems Architecture
- Databases
- Batch process procedures
- Web services
